I used to think lead magnets were just something you had to have. I churned out generic, boring PDFs, things like “10 Tips for Better Social Media” or “The Ultimate Guide to X.” I’d get emails, sure, but those subscribers were cold, they never bought anything, and they immediately unsubscribed….
